Thanks to everyone who'd offered help!  I'll keep everyone updated on status of re-opening.

BSOD

Thrice in one day... installing updates and rebooting now.  This may be the beginning of the end of this server.

Yeap, I'm pretty sure it's a HD failure.  When I get it backup I'll let everyone know.
