OK so thus far I've decided to change the default latency in all games to 100ms. I used to have it at 150ms. I like the feel of a faster server better. If you want me to slow it down to more closely emulate the dial-up days, let me know.

I've also for the first time played the Alien Retribution game. Holy cow! Those aliens are loaded!, I'm going to slow their highest rank cycle to allow human players a chance to get started.

Reopening Soon!

SK and Hammer teamed up to keep this server alive!  They have provided me with a VM Host.  Maybe I need to rename this server the Phoenix.

Getting things setup now, tentatively planning on a July 4th weekend re-opening.
